My dear graduating students,
It is with great joy and
gratitude that I greet you on this important
milestone. Today marks not only the completion
of your degree but also the beginning of a
journey of purpose, leadership, and service. I
warmly congratulate each graduand of Karunya
Institute of Technology and Sciences, along with
your parents, faculty members, mentors, and
well-wishers whose encouragement and sacrifices
have made this achievement possible.
As we celebrate your success,
we also rejoice in another year of significant
progress at Karunya. Strengthened by its UGC
Category 1 status, NAAC A++ accreditation, NBA
accreditation for all eligible programmes, and
recognitions from ICAR and ACCA, the University
continues to advance as a centre of academic
excellence and global relevance. Our growing
international presence in Times Higher Education
and QS rankings reflects our commitment to
excellence, innovation, sustainability, and
societal impact.
The industry-relevant
practical training, experiential learning
opportunities, internships, product development
initiatives, innovation projects,
entrepreneurial ecosystems, and international
exposure provided to the graduating class have
resulted in outstanding achievements in
placements, higher education, research,
entrepreneurship, innovation, and professional
excellence. Our faculty and researchers secured
major funded projects, published extensively in
leading journals, generated impactful
intellectual property, and expanded
collaborations with over 100 universities and
industry partners worldwide. These
accomplishments represent the vibrant ecosystem
of learning, discovery, and innovation that has
enriched your educational journey and prepared
you for a rapidly evolving world.
Dear Graduands, while
knowledge and skills will open doors, it is your
character, values, and commitment to serving
others that will define your true success. The
future belongs to those who combine competence
with compassion, innovation with integrity, and
ambition with humility. Wherever life takes you,
be a source of hope, excellence, and positive
transformation. As you step into professions,
enterprises, research institutions, and
communities across the world, remember that
success is measured not only by what you
