INTRODUCTION:

     All parents would like to get admission for their Son/Daughter in a reputed college or university.  There is a big competition between private colleges to have more admissions in their college.  College performance will be measured by their discipline, quality and the marks scored by the students of that college.

     To make the student perfect, both the college and the parents should monitor and guide the student.  In order to make this happen, all the details about the student and the college should be transparent to the parents.

1. Attendance Reporting: Parents can get their son/Daughter’s detailed attendance report by just using the Roll Number and the secret code. This will help to monitor / make, the student to attend the class regularly.

2. Marks Report: Some students may hide their marks from their parents but by this method of using the telephone IVRS, the parents will be aware of each and every exam marks and status like pass/Fail.  This will help the parents to motivate and encourage their son/daughter to score better.

3. Fees Dues: By using the IVRS system the parents can be aware of the correct amount of fees for the semester or for the mess bill of the current month. They can also the know the entire present due for their ward's.

4. Admission Procedure: For any new admissions, the IVRS System, will help the parents to get the clear cut procedures about the admission.

5. Course Fees:  This will give information about the annual tuition fee, special fee, etc. for each course like B.E. Mechanical, B.E. Computer Science etc.
