Instructions for Convocation '08

• Please arrive at the venue in the stipulated time for registration
• Convocation robes shall be provided at the venue against a refundable deposit of Rs.200/-
• Dress Code :
       Gents  :   Full sleeves shirts, tucked in with shoes and ties.
       Ladies :  Sarees
• The participants shall occupy the allotted seats on time.
• During the Procession of Dignitaries, Oath taking agenda and National Anthem all the participants shall remain standing.
• Mobile phones:   Please keep the phones switched off during the function
• Arrangements for accommodation will be made in the hostels on request (Ladies will be accommodated only in Ladies Hostel & Gents will be accommodated in Gents Hostel)
• Transport facilities will be provided from Gandhipuram bus stand for the participants.
• Please be punctual and be seated in your allotted seats.  Late comers will not be allowed to participate in the function.
• All the participants shall maintain silence during the function.
• All participants shall remain in their seats till the function is over.
• Photography is strictly prohibited.  Those who want the convocation photos shall pay the required amount to the Official photographer at the reception counter on 5th July 2008 towards the charges for photograph and Speed Post.
